I’ve had a few people ask how I made the yarn octopi for the girls stockings, so here are the directions for those (from Family Fun):
CRAFT MATERIALS:
Scissors
Skein of yarn about 100 yards long
3-inch Styrofoam ball or a tennis ball

Mmmm….these are to die for. They’re so yummy and such a fun treat to make at Christmas time. They would make a great gift for neighbors, but they need to stay refrigerated, so they’re not as versatile as some of the other cookies I’ve mentioned.
