Making Fall Trees with Fingerprint Leaves

Okay, I admit it. I actually made the tree pictured above. I think this project requires a little more patience than my girls have, and so we’re doing just one color at a time over several days, but I wanted to see how they’ll turn out (okay, and I like simple crafts so that I can feel, well, crafty).

Anyway, it’s super easy. I just painted the brown trunks and branches on and let them dry, and then we made different colored fingerprint leaves all over the tree and on the ground.
