Banana Sticks – A Great Toddler Snack

These banana sticks are the perfect baby snack. To make, simply peel a ripe banana (one with black spots). Break the banana in half and then stick your finger gently into the broken side of the banana half. It will begin to split into thirds. Separate the thirds and you have the perfect finger food. Because the banana is split along it’s natural separations, it is not sticky/slippery like it would be if you were cutting into it.

Definitely a favorite in our house!

  1. “It’s not sticky/slippery….” until your child mashes it everywhere and decides it would look best in their hair…lol (Well, that’s how it is in my house…lol) BR/BR/BTW…she is too cute!

  2. This is brilliant! Thanks for the tip.
