Blessed Beyond Measure

sisters-6-small
That’s how I feel these days, almost every moment of every day.

Life is full – very, very full – as we work on house projects, my garden, “little” projects such as the Deal Seeking Mom Forums (which I helped Tara launch this week!), taking care of three amazing little girls, tutoring my sister, blogging and that little thing called working. And yet, I walk through most of my day amazed at the amazing gift that is my life.

It’s not perfect, and there are still things like the budget, squabbles with Sean, a 3yo who is having major potty training issues, a 1yo who has started headbanging, stress and more.

But when I go out to hang the diapers on the line or water my garden, or when I’m standing in the laundry room folding laundry, or when I sit back and watch the blossoming relationship between my girls or feel my newest girl kick, it literally takes my breath away.

I’m fairly certain I did nothing to deserve this life I’ve been given, and I refuse to take a single day of it for granted.

I am blessed beyond measure!

(And yes, I did write this post at 5:00am on Saturday morning. Hello pregnancy-induced insomnia!)
