Sunshine Doodle, 6 months old
It’s hard to believe it’s true, but Sunshine Doodle is now six months old!
Six months!
She:
:: rolls and scoots everywhere
:: eats mashed up bananas, pears & sweet potatoes like a pro
:: topples over because she’s too busy looking around to sit up straight
:: still wakes up a couple times a night (we’re working on this)
:: LOVES her big sisters
:: reaches for her daddy
:: giggles while she jumps in her jumperoo
:: hates being hot
:: loves music
:: drools more than any baby I’ve ever known
:: isn’t babbling yet but sure does love to make noise
:: is “perfectly average” in weight & height but seems like a chunker to us
I am enjoying her so much, but whether it’s because she may very well be our last baby or because I’m so much more relaxed this time, I don’t know. Surprisingly, I’m not sad to watch her get older. I’m just enjoying each new stage!
And now she’s calling for me from her crib, so I better run!

She is so cute! I love those chubby legs, too. She sounds like a delightful baby girl. And isn’t it so nice when you feel like they’re growing “just right” rather than too fast? That is the best way for those baby days to feel.
So nice to see how much you enjoy your girls. You are so very blessed!
