To start, I decided to try these shaving cream bottles, with a few drops of food coloring, which really do create a very cool pearlized effect. The color fades over time, so two days ago I added blue and green to them. I don’t know what exactly it was about the bottles that drew the girls to them, but they’ve been carrying them around for 5 days now, and their interest is just starting to wane.br /br /As a side note, I love the Nestle Pure Life water bottles for these discovery bottles because the labels peel right off.br /br /I’m looking forward to making some more, especially the magnetic ones!br /br /br /a href=”http://www.mylivesignature.com/” target=”_blank”img style=”BORDER-RIGHT: medium none; BORDER-TOP: medium none; BACKGROUND: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; BORDER-LEFT: medium none; BORDER-BOTTOM: medium none” src=”http://signatures.mylivesignature.com/54486/128/0E4A8EA9D2A4A002FC32D3D163051882.png” //abr /br /––––-–––––-––––––––-–––––––-––––-––––––-–-––––––-–––-–-–––br /span style=”font-size:85%;”Join us this month for a href=”http://mythreedoodles.blogspot.com/search/label/Christmas%20in%20July”Christmas in July/a. 1. That is so cool, Mandi!BR/BR/I’ll have to try some of those ideas w/ my kiddos!

  2. I’ve never seen that project before. I already went and checked out the link. I’ll have to save a few water bottles for this experiment.
