Week in the Life: Day 6

Thursday, April 22:
**last day of swim lessons!

Baby girl woke up early and played in her crib for a little bit before joining Daddy in bed. I realized after an hour that it was extremely quiet, so I went to check on them, and this is what I found!

Deer on the hill.

Our home. We’re hoping this is the year that we get landscaping in since we’ve been here almost 3 years!

On our way to swim lessons.

Our neighborhood used to be part of the neighboring ranch. The white horse is Pumpkin Doodle’s favorite, affectionately named…Whitey.

Look! I finally got dressed put makeup on took a picture of myself!

Doesn’t she look excited?

  1. Great post! I love how you captured your day. All those sweet moments that you might have missed. Your house is beautiful!!!

  2. You have a great eye for photos!! Love the van (nearly) full of carseats, the reflection in your dh’s glasses, and YOU!! :)

  3. You have such a beautiful home. It looks peaceful out there. I love the sunglasses picture. Swim lessons can be tough. We are doing level 1 “again” for the 3rd time. My daughter does not like to go underwater. At least she keeps going back. Great week in photos.

  4. Just found you via IYK site and really enjoy your site. We used to have a white dog living in front of us whose actual name was Snow, to us Snow doggy. She’s gone and Black Doggy has moved in. The horse made me think of it.
